As exportações brasileiras para os países árabes cresceram 7,9% no primeiro semestre deste ano em comparação ao mesmo período de 2022 e acumularam US$ 10,6 bilhões. O destaque das exportações é o açúcar, seguido por carne, minério de ferro, soja e carne de frango.
Entre os principais países compradores estão Arábia Saudita, Emirados Árabes Unidos, Argélia, Egito e Iraque. Os dados são da Secretaria de Comércio Exterior (Secex), que mostram, ainda, que neste ano o bloco formado pelas nações árabes é o quarto principal importador do Brasil, atrás de China, Estados Unidos e Argentina, e o quinto maior fornecedor, depois de China, Estados Unidos, Alemanha e Argentina.

Em julho, as exportações somaram US$ 1,68 bilhão, com alta de 9,7% sobre julho do ano passado. Entre os árabes, o principal comprador do Brasil no período foi a Argélia, com importações que somaram US$ 280,3 milhões, seguida pela Arábia Saudita, Emirados e Egito.
Os principais produtos exportados aos árabes no mês de julho foram açúcar, soja e minério de ferro. Entre as importações, o principal fornecedor foi a Arábia Saudita, com um total de US$ 390 milhões, seguido por Argélia, Emirados e Catar.
